We specialise in hand stretching dough made from an authentic italian recipe, baked in our wood firing pizza oven on the bow of our narrowboat 'Forget me Not'.
We create pizzas that encompass a range of taste buds, from Nduja to Chicken and Hot Honey to Chilli Glaze.

Our best seller has to be our the 'Lock Keeper Pepperoni', this pizza is such a crowd pleaser with a delicious Casalinga Tomato Sauce base, with scrumptious Salami Napoli, Diced Chorizo, Mozzarella as toppings and finished with a lovely Garlic Oil Glaze.
